Our works are futile if driven by self-interest, leaving us bound to our sinful nature and fearing death (Romans 7:18). Only through surrendering to God’s love can we tap into His divine power. As 1 John 4:8 says, ‘God is love,’ and only love can recognize and unite with Love. We must relinquish our sinful tendencies and embrace the Christ Spirit, which is the essence of love, kindness, and wisdom (Ephesians 3:19).In 1 Corinthians 13:2, Paul writes, ‘If I have all knowledge, but do not have love, I am nothing.’ Love is the foundation of our faith, and living it out is crucial. As Jesus taught, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart…and love your neighbor as yourself’ (Mark 12:30-31).By embracing God’s love, we become partakers of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4) and experience the fullness of His wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge. Let us abide in Christ, the vine of love, and bear fruit that glorifies our Father (John 15:8-10).”
